The successful candidate will be an effective communicator and team leader, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

We are seeking a capacity-building specialist to support our work with development agencies. The ideal candidate will have experience designing and delivering training programs for diverse audiences, as well as a strong understanding of capacity-building methodologies and best practices. Responsibilities will include developing training materials, delivering workshops and webinars, and providing one-on-one coaching and support to agency staff. The successful candidate will be an engaging presenter and facilitator, with excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
